The RaceQuip PRO Youth SFI 24.1 rated auto racing helmet incorporates contemporary styling with modern production techniques. The use of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) shell and a polystyrene (EPS) liner make the helmet safer, lighter weight and more comfortable. The comfort fit blended Nomex interior are mated with exhaust vents on the top and rear of helmet to move air through the helmet to keep the air moving across your head. HANS or other Head and Neck Restraint device anchor posts (not included) can be easily attached to the outside of the helmet using the installed M6 threaded inserts. A wide eyeport provides extended peripheral vision and allows the use of personal eyewear.
The SFI 24.1 rating means that the Nomex® interior, Kevlar chin strap and fire retardant paint make the RaceQuip PRO Youth Helmet is suitable for use in all forms of Youth motorsports. The SFI rating makes it legal for Quarter Midget (QMA) to NHRA and IHRA Jr. Dragster.
